Check-in/Check-out and visiting hours
As we are busy with pet activities in the mornings, the Cat Hotel Ermitage Küsnacht is only open from 1pm for check-in or check-out and visitors – this is because we found we had to interrupt our activities too often due to visitors… During public school holidays in Kanton Zurich we can unfortunately not offer tours of the Katzenhotel.

From 8am until 12noon we are busy with pet activities and cleaning the enclosures.
